One-piece construction with a hinged, flip-top lid provides a safe, acid-free and lignin-free container for long-term storage and protection.

Interior dimensions are over-sized to allow for storing items in file folders. Our archival boxes for documents are also well-suited for storing and accessing thin books, pamphlets, and periodicals. Document Box Spacers can be purchased separately when you need to keep files upright when a box is not completely full. Spacers are adjustable and can be used with both Letter and Legal Document Boxes.

Each document box features an undercut front panel for safe insertion or removal of documents and allows for a fast and convenient file search without removing the documents or file folders. Embossed labeling areas on the box end and lid front allow for neat, consistent placement of adhesive labels or label holders.
